PUBLIC ACCESS FOR FISHING
ON JACKSON LAKE

I don't know of any "commercial" maps that show public access for fishing, but here are some tips: (Lake map below - see purple arrows)

At the top of the map, off of Hwy. 36, near the FFA Camp on Newton Factory Shoals Dr. is Factory Shoals Park, a popular place to camp and fish both sides of the Alcovy River.

Also on Hwy. 36, near Hwy. 162, people park on both sides of the Hwy. to fish near the Yellow River Bridge.

You may be able to fish at Walker Marina off Rocky Point Rd.

Near the dam is the new Riverside Park, which is just south of Martin's Marina on Hwy. 221, and farther down is Ocmulgee River Public Access, also on 221.

There is Lloyd Shoals Park, on Dam Rd., off of Stark Rd., which is also at the dam in Butts County.
